INTRODUCTION TO THE UNITED NATIONS CORRESPONDENTS ASSOCIATION

 

The United Nations Correspondents Association is an organisation consisting of correspondents from

all over the globe representing news agencies, broadcasters, and publishers. It was established in 1948 and represents the Press Corps at the United Nations on matters pertaining to news coverage and works to maintain the principles and ethics of free, reliable and authentic journalism.

 

The UNCA functions as the press core of the Sanskriti Model United Nations and channels itself as a medium through which its talented delegates can express their creativity and thought processes through their writing, artistry and photography prowess.
